About Counselling

A soft place to land, somewhere to feel heard, seen and supported

What is Psychotherpy/Counselling?

Life brings moments of immense change, challenge, and growth—and sometimes, we need support to navigate it all. Psychotherapy and counselling provide a safe, compassionate space to explore your emotions, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself.

Both approaches offer talk-based support, but they differ in depth and focus. Counselling is often short-term and helps with specific challenges like managing stress, improving relationships, or coping with anxiety. Psychotherapy takes a deeper, more exploratory approach, helping uncover patterns, beliefs, and past experiences that may be shaping your emotional well-being.

Rather than centering on diagnoses or labels, my approach as a psychotherapist and counsellor is holistic and person-centred. I draw from attachment theory, somatic psychotherapy, internal family systems, and expressive therapies to meet you where you are, supporting individuals, parents, couples, and families in finding greater connection and wellbeing.

If you're curious about how psychotherapy and the way I work can help you specifically, I offer free 20-minute consultations to explore if we’re the right fit.

Who is it for?

Psychotherapy and counselling are for anyone seeking support, reflection, and personal growth. You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis to benefit—if you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply wanting a space to process your emotions, you are welcome here.

I work with individuals, parents, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges, whether that be big transitions, emotional struggles, or relationship difficulties. My approach is person-centred and tailored to your unique experience, offering a supportive space where you can be seen, heard, and understood.
