Individual Counselling

People come to counselling for many reasons — often when something feels overwhelming, painful, or no longer manageable on their own.. You might feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in your head, emotionally shut down, or unsure why things feel harder than they should.

Maybe you’re constantly on edge, burning out, replaying conversations, or feeling disconnected from yourself or the people around you. You might know something needs to change, but you’re not sure where to start — or you’ve tried before and it hasn’t quite landed.

In our work together, we slow things down and create space to understand what’s going on beneath the surface. This is a place where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have it all figured out. We work gently and honestly with your thoughts, emotions, body responses, and patterns, helping you make sense of them and find ways forward that feel more manageable and true to you.

People come to see me for support with:
